At StefanFashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your StefanFashion account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
